Lyn Gilchrist is the owner and creative director of By Design. Her expertise in all aspects of interior decoration, combined with her emphasis on innovation, service, and excellence, ensure that your decorating needs will be managed creatively and capably.

Lyn holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and an Interior Decorating Certificate from Sheridan Institute. She is an accredited Interior Decorator and a Certified ReDesign and Staging Specialist with over twenty years' experience as a business and customer service professional.
